"I booked two nights for grandsons birthday with the promise of a pool. When I arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed I had to rebook a different hotel and the property manager would not refund my money. I would not recommend anyone to book this place if this is their standard of customer treatment. "

"Very disappointed...over priced for what I consider a 2 star hotel .
Run down, new name but looks like "lipstick on a pig".
Exterior not impressive, hallways dirty and smell "off". The shower had long dark smeared hair all along the edges of shower.
We reported this to the office, and cancelled our 2 day stay.
Would not recommend this hotel"

"Check in staff were rude and didn't honor my VIP meal vouchers like last time. Also overbooked my room and downgraded me to a cheaper room without compensation. 3rd floor hallway was not cleaned and had the same junk/garbage on the floor throughout our day stay. Save your money and stay at another hotel down the road. Will not return."
