「Staff at front desk were untrained and charged two of our credit cards for the same room. It's been a week and a half and still haven't been able to get it resolved. Pool is only open til 7 pm Friday and Saturday only. Never stay here」

「The front lobby and room were very clean, the shower pressure was great, coffee and fresh fruit helped the breakfast options a bit. The hotel offers earplugs and you can hear why! We had our box fan going as well, but unfortunately the highway noise woke us up a few times. The bed was nice and clean, but the mattress left a lot to be desired. We were just passing through, so it worked for the night. The young lady working the evening shift was very welcoming and helpful!」

「We checked in around 8pm and were greeted by the front desk staff was fantastic. They interacted with my 11-year-old great-niece in the best way. Sharing jokes and talking to her directly on her level. Of course, the adults felt comfortable and welcome as well. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice as well. We had no issues.」
