「Staff was very friendly, felt very safe and property was well lit! Pool was hot, I wondered about the filtering system or do they pump fresh water in idk! I did not receive daily room service. Not sure why so I had to get extra towels and coffee from front desk. If I would have asked they probably would have corrected it. I would stay again !!」

「The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」

We were coming for a one night stay and driving in from the inland empire which as you know the 91 is ridiculous with traffic so we were getting there a hour and a half after checking which is at 3 by the way and we thought cool at least our room will be ready. We go to check in and they go on to tell us our room is not ready and would be 45 minutes!!!! We had a birthday thing to get to so then telling us sorry we had a busy weekend and nothing else and to say it...

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation.
