「The cleanliness of the whole resort was perfect. Our room had excellent services. The food was spectacular. Couldn't ask for friendlier and helpful staff. We had issues with our flight which in turn we kind of got scammed on transportation. Resort public relations went above and beyond to help us and made things spectacular. 100% going back」

「It is a beautiful property, although it has a lot of small issues - particularly with our balcony room. Handle for closet came off, door to patio came off, no refrigerator when arrive, no TV in our room. We could have known more of the language ourselves, but front desk / reception did not speak any english :(」
