「聯絡了3:00 check-in，於4:45到場，按指示在鎖匙箱內找不到鎖匙！另外有兩批人有鎖匙但開不到門進去在門口。搞了很久後來終於開到了、進去以後裏面完全沒有清理，是共用的浴室廚房，但房間等全部沒有整理！煮食爐頭還是開着了，但沒有人。非常恐怖、亦擔心安全、所以並沒有入住！臨時找了別的酒店。」

「Gorgeous hotel! We loved our stay at Rioca. Although the kitchen isn’t overly stocked with utensils (eg only 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc.), it had everything we needed. The very beautiful room, the hotel’s unique decor, laundry facilities and free teas and coffees were just some of our favourite things. The location is also great for tram access and is in close proximity to a few different grocery stores and rental bikes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. 「住宿整體感覺良好，地方可以再乾淨啲，主人房套廁地上有別人留下的指甲，客廳地上有頭髮及灰塵，赤腳行走腳板會變成全灰黑色，水煲很污糟，要清洗多次才乾淨，洗衣服要到隔離Blk 2極不方便，廚房設備齊全。」
