The checkin experience was not the best... had to wait for almost an hour before someone was able to serve us. Appreciated that the manager took responsibility and spoke with us afterwards. Otherwise, its a good stay.

Rooms are clean and internet is fine. Shuttle bus to fair is ok also. Breakfast is basically same every morning. Staff are good Will probably not stay here when going to the fair. Too far and takes almost 2 hrs plus each way. My issue was bus was missing in action. Had to wait another 45 mins so got back to hotel at 830pm maybe a bit later. Cleaning staff were good. Front desk were ok . New guy checked me in. Needs more training when it comes to foreigners.

On the plus the rooms are large and clean. On the negative side the breakfast room is so boring especially if you stay for longer periods. Here the decoration and the quality and variety of the food needs a complete overhaul.

Not bad

The hotel was clean, and we had a comfortable stay there. It's not as close as some other hotels in the core area, but it's still within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants in the city of Foshan. Please note that they promote themselves as a "green" hotel, so toothbrush and combs etc are not provided unless you ask for them at the reception. Also, if you stay at the higher floors, it might take some time to wait for the elevator. Other than that, It was a good hotel in general.

Clean with bugs

Service was good, so is the location and room size. However there are a few downsides: Got bed bugs, I've got 5 bites on my left leg Hotel parking is not exclusively used by hotel. A lot of park spaces were used by locals. Decorations are getting aged.

An okay stay.

The check in and out payment was very confusing. When I booked the hotel, I chose to pay at hotel. A night's deposit was taken from my Visa credit card, when I checked in, I was told it will be returned. I then used my China bank card to pay, with the extra deposit. Two days later, my Visa credit was charged again. I had to made some calls when I'm back home to clarify all the confusion. The room is a bit dated, the mattress is very hard. The ivory floor outside the bathroom can be slippery when wearing the hotel provided slippers. House keeping did a good job. Concierge is very helpful. View from hotel is nice.
