「The room was very clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, appreciate parking with key accessible gate. Special kudos to the male breakfast attendant, he kept everything full and would wipe down all the surfaces every 10 minutes, as well as cleaning the serving utensils. The entire place was very clean.」

「I love this hotel. I moved to TN and still don't have a place to stay. I stayed at this hotel until I found a place. I told the lady at the front desk on 1/12 about the move and she put a little package together for me. It was really nice. The staff was, also, helpful giving me thoughts of where to live. 「I was a guest during the Nashville winter storm of 2026. This hotel was exceptionally busy and it would have been easy for things to be overlooked. But there was on employee specifically that stood out. Peach was courteous, kind, and patient during a VERY chaotic time in the city. The kindness and grace she showed every guest is what the hospitality industry is all about. Would definitely stay here again coming back through Nashville as the impression left on me was overwhelmingly positive. 」
