「I’ve been staying at the Bluemont hotel for six years, and this was the first time they’ve decided to charge $17 a day for parking. This was not listed when I booked on Expedia. The woman at the front desk did waive the fee this time only. She said they just started this two months ago. Also, the bed was hard as a rock and I could feel all of the coils, the pillows were lumpy, and the room temperature was inconsistent. I won’t be staying there again.」

「The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.」

「The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!」

「Tim, our host, was friendly, knowledgeable and generous with his time. We very much enjoyed the tour of his beautiful home and garden. The candlelight breakfast complete with champagne flutes was truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.」

「For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.」

「I felt the desk person should be at the counter not sitting behind a "screen fixture." This was highly impersonal. This should be changed immediately. Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.」
