"Excellent location and room! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck/dock in the morning with our tea watching an osprey family nearby. We had everything in our room to be comfortable and to make our own meals or a short walk for area restaurants. "

"Crowded surroundings because the building was right next to the public beach parking lot. The beach is not private but if you walk farther, you'll find beautiful quiet spots. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Margaritaville. "

The property is on the widest section of beach, we used the beach service and jetski rental, in a non-crowded section of Fort Myers Beach. Easy and friendly check in and great service. "This is a descent place to stay if you need to be next to the airport. The rooms are large with kitchen facilities. The beds are comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast is terrible. Coffee was undrinkable. The room rates were higher than similar properties and yet what I remember the most is the awful breakfast offerings. "

"Property is still being repaired from Hurricane IAN, but rooms were clean and spacious. There are many places to eat and relax within walking distance from the Hotel and parking below the Hotel is a great plus. The staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed."

"Unfortunately hurricane Ian prevented any use of the establishment. This is in no way the establishments fault, so a fair review would not be possible. We hope to have an opportunity to visit in the future."

"We stayed in the Marina Bay, It was a very nice place, needs updated bathrooms. The outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work, so I just didn’t do my hair. Wasn’t a big deal :) Only thing that we had were the pans. We tried to cook breakfast our first morning and all the pans were non-stick but the layers were scrapped off so it just didn’t cook the best. Plenty of other kitchen supplies. It just may need a new set of pans. The beds were comfortable and the couches were comfortable. We sat on the...
