"We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. "So I was a little bummed cuz the breakfast didn't have bacon. Only turkey sausage. However a lot of places don't do nearly as much as this place did. So I would still give it a 9/10. I didn't really use the wifi, my son did and I didn't hear any complaints. The room was great though! Very clean and I always check the mattresses. No pests or anything gross. The front desk staff were all very friendly and nice. My son got stuck in the bathroom in the morning and they were kind enough to give us an additional 30 mins before check out, so I really appreciate that. "
