"The overall stay was mediocre. Upon check in we realized that we accidentally booked a smoking room. We were notified that they didn’t have any non smoking rooms. Then randomly they did at an extra fee daily. Which I accepted due to the error on my end with booking. We get to our room naturally outdated but again that wasn’t my issue. The issues I had with this stay were electrical (charging station and lamps) did not work. We had to wait for someone to come change out the appliances. The valet took over 20 min to bring our car up, when we tried to ask valet about their process the attendant was standoffish, short and rude. We encountered one other incident with a disgruntled customer who was loudly shouting profanity at the person he was with in route to the elevators leading to the rooms. No staff intervened. Therefore we waited to go to the elevators to insure the person had gone on. Overall wasn’t the best experience, but shoutout to Ruby diner! The staff there were kind. "

"Was disappointed to pay for the island water park and not be able to enjoy it. It was extremely overcrowded. The adult pool was an oversell…..not at all what you would think. Couldn’t even enjoy that. Not a bad place but wouldn’t stay again."

"They do have a restaurant with good food and happy hour and they have a store that is open 24/7 other than that nothing big it is next to a jail. "

"Th3 interior 9the rooms and halls should be updated. If the hotel is not going to offer a courtesy breakfast there should at least be a microwave in the room for food to be warmed by guests "

"Rooms were spacious and clean. The property had many amenities, great restaurants to choose from from every cuisine. Casino offered a variety of slots and table games. I definitely will plan a return visit. "
