The place smelled, people were smoking in the hallway. The rooms floor was clean but they didn’t change the bedsheets. There was sperm on the sheets. I opened my door without a key card just pushed open . I asked for new sheets they said there was no housekeeping. It was terrible . For breakfast they only give to go box that had a juice and a muffin. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s more like a motel . If you looking for a getto place to stay this hotel is perfect for you .

The room was good. Large, quiet, plenty of new and nice amenities including super large TV, nice toiletries, non fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and more. and renovated bathroom. Very comfortable and super clean. Staff was efficient. The common areas are in need of renovations and are very worn down. The lobby does not look like the pictures. I did not see the promised continental breakfast or gym, but the condition of the common areas made me think twice about looking harder for either of these (which of course are not pictured on the website-so that should have been a clue). Parking was easy.

Our stay was terrible. Dirty, stinks of marijuana every corner of the hotel. Bathroom clogged and no one of the staff went to unclog it. Gave us the plunger to do it ourselves. The digital door lock never worked. Were given 2 different rooms and both locks were not working. A third time were given 2 other rooms and lock was still not working. Since we got 2 rooms next to each other, we had to enter through one room to get to the other room. There roaches in the rooms. The room safes were not working. Towels were overused and worn out. The hotel was in bad conditions. When getting breakfast there was none. We were given a to go box with chips, juice and old fruits. Lots of women coming in with men and leaving the hotel within hours. Ice machines were used a trash can and full of condoms. When getting there and seeing all of this wanted cancel but charged us and we’re going to give a refund. We never felt safe in the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The whole place smell of marihuana and it was intolerable although it was supposed to be a nonsmoking place, the room was smelling of humidity and the was noisy hallways with screaming people. The breakfast was few snacks, a juice given in a to go package from The check in counter area, no place for breakfast. The place feels unsafe we left after the first night and they did not want to refund for our already prepaid 2 nights at our check out. It was a total disappointment, I just stayed there because our flights got cancelled and due to extreme weather I just found thru Expedia the closer hotel to airport with available spot and was a really a bad choice. Totally not recommend this place.

What the app says is a lie; they don't offer breakfast or airport transportation, and it's a very neglected hotel that smells bad. On the day I was there, I witnessed more than 10 people complaining about the condition of the rooms.

OMG THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE I THINK PEOPLE LIVE HERE. The heating unit had no labels, hallway STINKS SO BAD, Room FUNKY AS EVER, tub dirty, NO PARKING IN LOT, just a mess. I came for a basketball game and just got a room for the night. DO NOT STAY HERE PAY THE EXTRA COUPLE DOLLARS. I was trying to be cheap cause it was just for 1 night. WORST MISTAKE EVER, RAMADA EAST ORANGE. **DO NOT STAY HERE**
