"The hotel is generally good, located close to the American Dream Mall and public transportation to NYC. However, the rooms are not very soundproof, and we can hear all the noise from outside. The breakfast is the average."

"We stayed here for April Spring break 2026. This is my first Hyatt stay where their wasn't a microwave in the room.We had to go downstairs to heat our food up at the ONE microwave they had for the whole hotel! The floors kind of smelled like feet even though the hotel was clean. The bathroom was sooo damn small that the door barley missed the toilet when closing. The toilets are so low to the ground that if you have bad knees you would need assistance getting off of the thrown! No smart tv's on the premises just dumb tv's! The pool was out if service so their was nothing to do but the gym. This hotel really need a upgrade ! 😩 "
