This is a nice property located near the beach. It is very clean and quiet which made the experience even better. There are so many restaurants to choose from near by which is very convenient. Most definitely will come back.

Tried a “bait & switch” to other hotel at double $

Convenient location,free parking in safe area and good price. BUT, THE MANAGER TRIED TO SAY THERE WAS NO AVAILABILITY AND TRIED TO UPSELL ME TO ANOTHER OF THEIR PROPERTIES AT DOUBLE THE COST. I took a chance and booked original property online Hotels.com. She argued even after booking that there were no rooms available. Had to threaten to call Hotels.com to complain…..then she walked over and checked me in.

Nothing fancy, but a nice stay with late check out

Was exactly what i was expecting. Some details: the staff doest stay on site all the time, but they do conduct walk-abouts during the night and are around duringbtge day. When i got there i uad to wait a bit, but no too long for someone to come chdck me in. It was 10:30pm. They were very nice, however, dont expect too much from the phone number posted. I called several times before someone showed and nobody answered the number, but like i said, someone showed uo after about 5-7 minutes so it wasnt that much of an inconvenience. I am happy with the stay. Great if your looking to party on Las Olas for the night. Oh, and you can get late check outs up to 3:30 for a small fee, well worth it.

The proximity to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. Free parking was definitely a plus. The bright white comforters on both beds had old make-up stains such as foundation, lipstick and mascara. The white lines/bedsheets had numerous dark black "fuzzies" which at first looked like small bugs. We assumed that the sheets had been washed or dried with dark towels or socks or maybe the lint screen from the dryer wasn't cleaned out before drying the white sheets. The suite/room with small kitchen was very comfortable and decorated tastefully. Though the bathroom has been updated, the shower handle is in need of repair as there is a gapping hole around the top of the handle allowing water to get in behind the wall which can eventually cause black mold. We hope these small items can be attended to or remedied before a return trip back as we would love to return.

I don’t typically write reviews and I am a pretty go with the flow type of guy. Hotel has potential. Needs TLC. One of the only positives is that it was close to the beach. Pay the few extra bucks to stay at a nicer place. I hate writing bad reviews but I also don’t want another family to be disappointed.

Fala is Fabulous!

Fala is amazing! Room was comfortable and spacious...clean and very close to the beach! Weather wasn't great so we spent a lot of time in the hotel and we were not disappointed. We will be coming back to this property for sure!

The floor is EXTREMELY sticky and sandy!! They sprayed the room with a very strong air freshner that gave me headache. There is no place holder for the soap or shampoo. Terrible for money Im paying. Definitely NOT for future stay due to cleanliness.

Very well-situated hotel, close to shops, beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Hopefully someone was running the front desk when we arrived but there is not always someone in case you need sthg or have a question. However, I would recommend this hotel, very nice stay.

Great location, but price is a bit high for what the room actually is. I got an ocean view room but there was no view of the ocean at all from the room I was given. Also, there seems to be little insulation between the outside and inside the room (was at the second floor right above the office) because I could hear people downstairs very clearly at the parking lot. Also from the entrance area of the building you can really see inside the top floors because of the sparse window coverings. Other than that, I did have a pleasant stay.

Room smelled like mildew, and only get a single new towel per day hung on your door like an inmate. Granted FT Lauderdale isn’t the place to stay in room so didn’t impact me too Much
