Location was great and only a block from the beach. They would not clean the room during the 5 day stay- was told it was not our day when we requested it. There was an upcharge for parking $77 and an undefined service charge that could not be identified, but was mandatpry $150. Breakfast was on a different property andnhard to find. We DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice efficiency apartment. Clean and comfortable. It would be good to be made aware of the Hollywood Beach Hotel Off-Site Office for check-in and check-out prior to arriving at the property.

Not what you expect.

The line to checkin was not long but the process had me waiting for almost and hour. The pictures from online looks nothing like any view you would get from any room there nor did my room resemble the pictures posted. It was quiet in the area. The bed squeaked whenever you sat on it and the pint was peeling in the bathroom.

Property is old, owner did superficial repairs and decorations. Housekeeping is every 3 days. Including clean towels. There was an eviction notice on our door and no in room door locks. This property is 1 block to the block to the beach, has 5 pools in neighboring properties. Close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is provided basic but fine. Base pricing is good but parking is extra.

Laction ok however had to cross a very busy 4 lane road every time to go anywhere. Not good for the elderly or young children very dangerous for either otherwise location was not bad . Breakfast give a miss..other side of main road and not good at all

Seems like the property is being renovated, outside seems very old but when you get inside the price is worth it. There was a hidden fee of $100 deposit plus a $19 parking fee per day when we got there. We understand the place is under renovation but pest control would be nice. There were a cockroach inside of the toilet boil (big roach) which was disgusting. We loved the fact that the beach was a few steps away from us and we had access to so many bars and restaurants. I would come back here maybe after it’s completely renovated.

Terrible communication. We called twice the day of check-in to see if early check-in was available. Once at 8am and the person on the phone said, “we don’t have very many check-outs so it should be fine but call after 11am to double check.” We called again at 2:30pm and confirmed “so we can come right now?” and was told “Yes, come right now. We have a room ready,” and still ended up having to wait until 4pm. Nowhere does it state that the check-in desk is at a completely different address than where we stayed. No clue how to access where any of the pools were. Parking lot was half taken up by a dumpster, little to no room to maneuver when there are multiple people parked there. Our room was right next to the window facing the road so noise was inevitable. However, incredibly close to the beach. Fairly walkable area. The staff wasn’t mean or anything, but the poor communication wasn’t great. The room was more rundown than the pictures made it seem. Our door barely closed because it looked like someone kicked it in or something. Bathroom didn’t have a fan, so condensation kept everything damp. TV was super far away from the bed, so we didn’t use it. Amenities were fine. No conditioner or hand soap. To me, this is more of a 1-2 night as needed, bare minimum place.

the housekeeping, no matter how many times i didnt want it, demanded to be let in for cleaning and would wake me up while i was asleep knocking on the door. i told the front desk about it and they said no matter what they have the right to come in every 3 days. well im a day sleeper and dont wake up til like 4pm. and the last straw was when they used a special key to try and open the door regardless of the fact it was deadbolted and i was screaming im not dressed, which they couldnt understand since they spoke no english

Overpriced, rundown, unclean, dishes not provided, have to cross a 4 lane highway to the office. Breakfast was terrible, and there was no room for anyone to sit. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. We got one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a 2 night stay. The location is good and the beds were comfortable but that's it.
