Poor arrangement for airport pickups. We called after getting the luggage around 8:30 am, waited over 90 minutes, but still no one came. We had to call a Uber.

I got there after check in time & was assigned a room. When I got to the room it was literally still being cleaned & I had to wait 20 more minuted to access the room.
