The room was clean and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to take a Disney cruise. However, rooms near the elevator or the electronic/utility room were quite noisy, and it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Palm Tree Club Miami Hotel
They overbooked and said they couldn’t rebook another hotel through their system when I arrived in the middle of the night. Not very reliable. Staff was cold too. Will not come back.

Red Carpet Inn Airport and Cruise Port Hotel Fort Lauderdale
We stayed two nights; one night to catch our cruise and another when we got back from cruise. There was one gal that was amazing! Everyone else at the front desk meh. Shuttle service was great. Overall it was a good affordable place, you get what you pay for.
