「The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice...

「I spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Kontiki. The grounds were breathtaking and I had an overall great time. Cleaning was hit and miss for me nd I don't think my floor was mopped and it showed. My toilet also wasn't the cleanest. That was my only concern. The front office staff was very hospitable. I would return but would stay in a suite.」
