「Unique and beautiful view of creek from historic property. Decor adds to the charm. Confusing check in process, did not receive instructions owner supposed to have texted or emailed. Two different starting hours for breakfast posted (7 am vs. 8 am) so I didn't get breakfast. Bed uncomfortable, unfortunately. Take care with step down inside room and two flights of stairs outside to get to room. 」

「The room was somewhat clean, but there were a pair of mattresses right in front of the room, dirty and old with stains--I took pics---I had no choice but to check out within less than two hours and it was becuase I was no the phone with Expedia trying to book something else. I was charged for one night, even though the pics on the website look nothing like this old, falling-apart place. But never again. Driving out of the parking lot, I noticed there was nobody else. That was the worse...

「When we went to check in on the day of our rental, I was told that our card didn't go though. There wasn't any communication about a problem. The reservation still said valid in the app. We had no way of knowing that there was an issue, we offered a new card and was told that the cabin was no longer available. 」
