we very much enjoyed our stay at this lodge we came in after hours and the staff was very kind and helpful. We thought the room was cozy and we all slept very well. The parking was right next to the room very convenient.

It's a quaint little place out in the middle of nowhere. It was the perfect spot to lay down for the night. On our busy travels. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. There was a fan and each room beds were clean. Bathroom. Very nice. Excellent showers. The staff was so friendly and helpful and you got to eat after rustic table next door which was delicious. Everyone extremely friendly

No AC and temps in the 90’s, so we didn’t sleep well. Winter or lower temps are probably fine though. Very convenient to have a restaurant on site and the expansive backyard was fun for the kids.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Parking was easy and the location is really nice and quiet. The restaurant has a wide variety of excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner entree's at reasonable prices. (for California) Their coffer is stellar. (they have an imported Italian espresso machine) They also have "drip" if you desire is "American coffee"..... And lastly, great value too.

This was a good stopping point for us on a trip. There's not much else around, but there is a restaurant on site that's pretty good. The room was very dated but clean. I appreciated the friendly staff, fantastic view from the back of the lodge, and easy access from the 80. I highly recommend Sierra Discovery trail nearby, it's a beautiful walk in the woods.

This property was amazing! The access from the highway was easy and it was located within 15 miles of other sites to enjoy during the afternoon. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. There is an awesome restaurant onsite with complimentary coffee for guests in the morning. They have great prices and selections.

Stayed in room 4 beds were comfy. Both sets of stairs around the room including the staff stair to equipment room make a lot of noise in room. Restraunt staff were wonderful. The dinner was good Friday night 7/18/26. We didn't stay the second night.

Great place in the trees. Beautiful! Room was good. Just no counter space in the bathroom. Small. Could be different in other rooms. It was hot while we were there. So not having air conditioning in the room was rough. Hard to sleep. Even with windows open. Then we could hear the Highway. It would be better during cooler months. Having the restaurant on premises was very nice. And good food.

The property was just as described. The staff was excellent - called me and set up a time to check in, as I was running late - the staff stayed at the office until i arrived. The room was very cozy and quite with the location. Told my other employees, that if in the area and need a room to look them up.

Older hotel but was great stay for 1 night on our way to Lake Tahoe. After a long travel day, it was an easy check in and the restaurant attached to the hotel was such a relaxing place to enjoy supper and meal was reasonable and excellent. Ate there again for breakfast and was delicious. Best vanilla latte I have had anywhere and the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Loved what they are all about in helping with the Teen Challenge program. So glad we stayed here and would stay again.
