「We were a family of 4 staying over for one night during our road trip from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There weren’t many places to have dinner but just for one night, it was adequate. Parking was very convenient as it was directly outside our room. The new General Manager Nigel was very helpful and friendly. Nice green grassland on one side of the room. Good experience overall. 」

「I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. 「The young lady who checked us in has no customer service ability. Firstly she yelled from the top floor that check in was 2pm - no friendliness, no sorry but check in is not until 2pm however, you can leave your luggage. Extremely rude. Then she phones to say that if we don't check in by 3pm we need to get the keys from the locker. So everyone has a window of 1 hour to check in. Surely, she should not be in this job.」

「Have stayed a few times at this hotel and it's clean, comfy and convenient. Front desk staff great you with a warm hello on arrival. The room is well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of parking available. The local club is located next door and does great meals. 」
