Good location but the rooms are basic and noisy when late night guests come in. Reception closed the front door at 5.30pm, so you have to enter through the car park, which is not a major issue. Never saw the bar open or manned, don’t bank on getting a barista coffee as there are no staff. To say the breakfast was basic, is an understatement. The bread was still in the tip top packet, did not change in 3 days and the beans were still in the tins. Microwave and toaster provided on the breakfast area. No orange juice to be seen over the 3 days.

I stayed for 3 nights. Room was freezing and the heater didn't really work till midnight, my fridge also wasn't working and staying multiple days for work - I needed this to work. I had to throw out a fair bit of food as nothing was cold. Staff did fix this the next day though. Receptionist was very helpful. My shower head fell off and my plumbing skills at 6am come into play. Stains on the carpet and honestly my plates, cups and glasses you can just tell were only rinsed in the bathroom sink without being properly washed. I'd say this hotel has seen better days. Breakfast was super basic with what was there,no name brands on offer. it was very dark around the breakfast area - No care at all. I do not recommend this hotel. Im sure for a biggish town like Wagga, there would be far better options.

Didn’t look like the room was cleaned very well before our stay. Surfaces were sticky and there was still pizza in the microwave. Refrigerator was broken, freezer door would not close. There was no remote for the aircon/heater. The room below us was constantly smoking on their balcony which stunk out out room even though our balcony door was closed.

The place looks and feel old. The room was pretty sparse and only just OK. Certainly nothing flash for 200 bucks a night. They also put us right next to the side entrance where everyone banged both sorts walking through. They had a sign but no one looked at it. They should do something about after hours building access. We normally stay at the Lawson Suites for the same price and it’s much nicer but it was booked out. Breakfast was included, but don’t expect anything good, just cereal, some apples, juice and a kettle. All self serve. Not even a pod coffee machine. I don’t think I will stay here again, maybe if it’s a lot cheaper and the last place in town.

The room was clean and the staff were lovely but there is a strange sewer smell coming from the plug holes in the floor in the bathroom that was a little unpleasant and as there is no sink to wash dishes it would be great if the crockery could be refreshed especially for a week long stay

The property looks like it was once quite a market, but now appears to be a run of a mill motel. Arrived five minutes before reception closed to find it was closed anyway, the cards left for us.(2rooms) were mixed up. And staff had to return to give us the correct code to get our keys from the after hours box. Rooms were okay, however no soap or shampoo in the shower. This place would be much better with the right people running it. Suggest there are other options in the area at a similar price that would be a better choice.
