「breakfast variety was too little and worst among all other BW plus hotels that I had stayed. Swimming pool only open 9-9 which other others use to open on 6 or 7.」

「Very outdated. Needs massive updates. AC works good though! They always gave us fresh towels when we were out & they never moved any of our belongings! (Which I appreciate). Overall clean lobby, gym, breakfast area - even outside was very clean. The bed was also comfortable. 」

「Expedia, shame! I paid for my room up front. I needed to come in a day later than I booked so I spent quite a while on the phone trying to talk to a live person. The automated system had me going in a loop until I finally got through to someone. I explained that I wanted to keep my reservation, but was not coming in until the 2nd day of my reservation. I was not even asking for a refund for the one day I was not going to stay there!! The phone person did not understand and kept saying that...

「Check in was fast and staff curteous. Breakfast was a little on the weak side and we did have to ask for more coffee to be made. But over all, the overnight stay was fine. We like this brand of hotels.」

「Bed was so comfortable and the place overall was amazing. Staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. So many different restaurants around and trails to go on an afternoon walk. 10/10」
