「Rooms are clean , carpark is safe, staff friendly and the bistro is good to have a drink after a long day out.」

「The property itself though small but very clean and tidy. Room size is very good for 3 persons. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the location is a bit far from shopping mall and cafe/restaurants. The nearby supermarket is closed on Mon & Tue. The hotel restaurant only serves dinner. You need to walk around 10 mins to get public transport. Despite this, it is a good budget hotel to stay at Canberra.」

「Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.」

「This is a beautiful hotel. The room was spotless, firm comfortable beds, nice toiletries, and a complimentary mini bar! Only had coffee from the restaurant and it was excellent. I will definitely stay again. 」
