「Great view from the room and the cafeteria/restaurant. The mountain and the river behind are spectacular. The room itself is quite nice and big as well. However, the only public transportation to get to the hotel is by bus. Even it is only three minutes walk to downtown, still strongly recommend to rent a car if you would like to explore more in the neighborhood. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. So it is not a problem for parking.」

「Breakfast was good. My only complaint is not with the hotel but with Expedia. I booked a room with breakfast but did not check the receipt, only to arrive and be told that breakfast was not included. A google check exposed that this is due to a glitch that expedia is aware of.」

「Very good service 」

「Amazing view of the pool. Very peaceful time at the The Vine House. Highly recommended and also the staff were very nice.」

「A truly lovely place to stay! One of the best hotel views EVER. Very friendly staff, well-maintained and new rooms. And did I mention the views? Fewer frills than some of the bigger properties in the Duoro, but peaceful, comfortable and friendly. Highly recommended!」

「Great view, overall service is excellent 」

「Amazing experience. Could do with a better wine tasting but we really enjoyed it. Vitor was amazing, definitely speak to him about your wine at dinner. The most stunning mountain and river views with great climbs nearby」
