"The door lock to our room didn’t lock properly, so we had to baracade the door to stop anyone entering during the night. Especially when the BBC news that weekend we stayed says unwanted people are entering hotel rooms with thefts and rape cases are on the up - Not good! The layout of our rooms have health and safety issues we could’ve easily tripped down the dark staircase from the bathroom to our bedroom. On a good point the rooms were very clean, so a great job from the maids\cleaners. "

"The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked .
