「There is nothing wrong with the hotel. This is a perfect place for a vacation, from the architecture to the service to the cleaning level and first of all for the exquisite personnel, polite and professional, invisible but always there, ready with a smile. 「Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough!
