「We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful. Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants. 」

「Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! 「Just spent 10 days at Vasia Ormos Hotel and had a wonderful time! We arrived close to midnight on our check in day due to a late transfer and were welcomed by a very friendly member of the reception team who kindly showed us to our room and then informed us that the kitchen staff were kind enough to save dinner for myself and boyfriend which was a lovely touch after a long journey.
