「Clean and close to airport 」

「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. 「Super stay in the mountains. We arrived early and we’re able to check-in to an upgraded room because the hotel wasn’t busy. It’s not actually ski in/ski out but it’s not far to walk. 「The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. 」

「Mein Doppelbettzimmer war sehr angenehm es war recht groß und sauber, ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Mit Frühstück und das Personal war ich auch zufrieden. Die Lage war für mich ideal da es eine direkte Verbindung mit dem Tram in unmittelbarer nähe zum Zentrum (z.B. Baščaršija) und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen waren.」
