「The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight. More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back...

「I did read many reviews about this hotel, but I don't know why people gave low rate of feedback. I got very pleasant time in this hotel with nice staff and clean building and room,the breakfast was not bad reasonable. Every thing were good and comfortable for me and my family. 「When I arrived after making a booking on Expedia, the front desk had no idea about it. They wanted me to pay them again. I called the manager and they cleared it up. There was luke warm water only. They said the boiler had just been fixed and needed time to warm up. But worst of all, I sat on the queen bed and half of it collapsed. It must have been broken already. I’m not that big. Underneath the mattress there was cracked cardboard! On a good note, the property was clean. But certainly not...
