「Great hotel for the price we are paying. Service is nice and friendly too. Will book again next time :) 」

「The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight. More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back...

「Chambre confortable et propre. Le seul hic est l’isolation sonore. On entend tout des chambres avoisinantes. 」

「My stay at this hotel was excellent and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always made sure that guests’ needs were met promptly and professionally, which made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel also has a great location, close to tram and bus stations, as well as various services and important attractions,...

「Malesef 4 yıldızla alakası olmayan bir otel. Çalışanlar gayet iyidi. Burada otopark var diye belirtmişler aslında otele ayit hiçbir otopark yok daha doğrusu durmaya bile yer yok. Odalarda çarşaflar lekeliydi. Kahvaltı bölümünde her zaman birşeyler eksik çatal kaşık fincan vs」

「Clean room staff very friendly Location is perfect close to everything」

「The room was disgustingly dirty. There was black mold all inside the bathroom. The bedsheets were disgusting. The room smelt of weed and cigarettes. The office staff were so disrespectful and rude. I didn’t last more than an hour and I left when bringing this situation to their attention to the staff. They were not helpful and refused to switch rooms.」

「Bad😱😱😱😱 no phone in the room, dirty bathroom, no housekeeping until you call them in the reception ,dirty bedroom 」
