"Great location. The guest contact never did return my message or my email from 24 hours before the reservation. The dishwasher door can't be opened fully; it hits the wall. A note was left that the door lock works hard; well fix it. There were no kitchen towels in the kitchen for washing dishes or cooking. The bathroom floor was dirty. The rug in the main room was dirty; needed vacuuming. The noise from the attached business started around 6:15 a.m. The bed was comfortable. The stove knobs, etc...

"Great location. Very nice, clean modern house with all the conveniences. Close to downtown CO Springs - Garden of the Gods, Olympic Museum, Cave of the Winds. Rooftop terrace was perfect for viewing multiple firework locations - the modern fireplace was exactly what we needed to keep us warm during the cool nights. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend. "

"Their listing was misleading. Made it sound like we got the whole locations even had a picture posted of the stairs making you think you got the upstairs too. Show up and you get a dungeon of a basement. You walk down the outside stairs and an alarm goes off every time. You have no temperature control and the owners upstairs turned on the heat and burned us out. No AC and had a few hidden in closet fans. No windows or doors with visibility to the outside.
