「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Was upgraded to a larger room for no special reason. Very nice proprietor. For budget priced accommodations, this is an excellent value. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.」

「Lovely clean room with a fabulous shower. Tea/coffee available 24 hours with a choice of milks which is great. Refillable glass bottle in the room to collect fresh water which meant no plastic bottles. Plenty of parking, cosy lobby and restaurant food excellent. 」

「Do yourself a favor and reserve at this special Motel. It is rare to encounter such welcoming hospitality and cleanliness. Our bathroom was spotless and the room was clean. The Breakfast was modest but outstanding with fresh organic strawberries and various breads. I can’t remember having such a good lodging experience such as this in the USA. 」

「This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.」
