Plus Florence - Hostel
A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior.

Great hotel and as named a social hub. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful (be careful to close the shower door properly or the whole floor gets soaked). Staff were friendly welcoming ans spoke English.
