Hotel Calimala Florence
The team were great, and Angelo was especially helpful. I loved the location, you can easily head out, explore, and walk back to the hotel within minutes to rest. As far as city-break hotels go, this was right up there. The hotel’s design is also excellent.

Hotel Delle Nazioni
Staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Didn’t really talk to anyone else. Room was pretty loud even with window upgrades. Couldn’t cool off room so had the windows open when we could.
