My husband and I enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager and shown inside. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and included a washing machine for laundry which worked very well. The apartment is small with a tiny bathroom. The water pressure may reduce to a trickle if someone else runs water while you are having a shower. It would be helpful to install a grab bar and/or provide a slip mat for the slippery shower. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach this apartment which might be difficult for some people. I found the mattress on the bed to be too firm for me. The location is excellent with an easy walk to many attractions and public transportation.

Very cute, small appartment, but it has the necessities. Excellent location for shipping, literally 1 minute walk from ponte vecchio. Nice host. Clean place. Mattress is that of a futon, but we made do. Top floor with 3 flights of narrow stairs, if you have any instability or difficulty with movement and balance, etc. This is not the place for you. Lastly, though it appeared that we were on the top floor, there was a family with a child that was running around above us every morning and every evening!!! We literally had to use a broom to bang on the ceiling many times to get it to slow or stop. Constant banging!! That was the intolerable part.

まず、鍵を受け取るときに待たされました。 2階くらいならいいのですが、4階まで重たい荷物を運ぶのに苦労しました。おまけに階段が急なうえにとても狭い。　 洗濯機はついてるいものの、乾燥機能がついていなくて乾燥機がついていないので、シーツは洗濯できず、タオルもドライヤーで乾かしました。 トイレもシャワーも狭くて使いづらかった。
