Disappointed with the whole process

We were given contact details for the host when we completed booking. No responses received in reply to messages sent before check in. The day before check in received an email from someone else stating that the booked property has problems with electricity, hence we’ll be allocated another apartment. This was at very short notice. So we had to accept the offer. The alternative apartment given to us was much inferior to the originally booked property. When we emailed the booking agency on checkout to express our disappointment, we received an email stating that they have no obligation to resolve the issue!

No recibimos correo ni mensaje con anticipación para darnos bien las indicaciones, al parecer nos marcaron o enviaron mensaje cuando íbamos en camino y sin internet, llegamos a la propiedad sin tener internet y resulta que nos cambiaron de lugar a uno muy espacioso pero el internet no funcionó, el aire acondicionado no sirvió en un cuarto y al salir y mandar el check out ni el mensaje recibieron hasta varias horas
