Excellent accommodation! A short tram trip from Santa Maria Novella station. A huge Coop store and a very nice cafe (Caldana) were just a few minutes away. Very good facilities and the room was spacious and clean.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Fratelli Briganti restaurant near by, definitely worth a visit. However, this is NOT a hotel. Staff is there only 9am-8pm. And the tram ride to the center is OK but not the highlight of Florence. If you want to cram many people into an apartment, or save money by cooking yourself, this is a great choice. But if you are in Florence for tourism and can afford a hotel at the center, it is a better choice.

The property was described accurately and for the price was absolutely a great value. Everything was walkable, safe and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our flat was spacious, clean, everything worked and no complaints.

Overall we had a great stay at Leopoldo Residence. The only thing I noticed was that it smelled like smoke every time we walked into thr room. Aside from that everything was perfect. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Residence Leopoldo is close to the tram station (500m) which is a short distance to Santa Maria Novella Station. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable for 2 people. We had a studio apartment with a bed and sofa bed, a small, well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was large with a washing machine and lots of hot water. There is a coffee machine but only 2 free coffee pods. We had to buy coffee from the reception (0.5euros/pod). You can also buy wine at reception for a reasonable price which was convenient. Marilena at reception was very helpful in providing us with information.

Apartment was in good condition and in a decent area. It felt like a safe residential area but there weren't that many restaurants near the building. The hot water tank in the unit is very small and it runs out very quickly.

Ótima hospedagem

Amei minha estadia! O quarto era lindo, bem equipado e muito cheiroso! A hospedagem mais completa que tive durante minha passagem pela Itália! A localização fica a 3min a pé do bondinho, que nos deixa no centro de Florença em 10min! Quando optamos por ir a pé, foi uma caminhada tranquila de 30min. A 5min de caminhada há o hipermercado Coop, que infelizmente só descobrimos no último dia, mas é uma ótima opção pra quem quiser cozinhar. Unicos pontos negativos que tenho é que o apartamento possuia um boiler de 80L de água quente e não sabíamos disso. Depois que a água quente acabava, demorava horas para voltar. O resultado foram alguns banhos frios. Achei ruim termos que tomar banho correndo pra evitar isso nos dias subsequentes. Também senti falta de um espelho no quarto, principalmente de corpo inteiro. Fora estes 2 pontos, nada a reclamar, me hispedaria novamente!

Ich fand die Unterkunft schön und sauber und die Dame super freundlich Das einzige es ist hellhörig Das verrutschen der Stühle ist ein Albtraum Das Management sollte auf die Stühlfüsse Filz kleben sodass es beim verrutschen kein Krach macht sonst wirklich perfekt für die Besichtigung von Florenz

Uitstekende plek om Florence te bezoeken. Omdat wij op doorreis waren was het belangrijk dat we de auto veilig konden parkeren. Tram was om de hoek en in amper 10 minuten was je in de stad. Het appartement was netjes en compleet. Wij waren met 4 personen. Onze dochters hadden de bedbank. Maar die was echt heel slecht. Zou fijn zijn als accomodaties iets meer geld besteden aan een goede bedbank zodat iedereen goed kan slapen. Het andere bed was uitstekend.

Top Adresse in Florenz

Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Checkin. Das Appartement (Nr 10) war hervorragend ausgestattet und die Möbel noch neu. Ein privater Parkplatz war gegen Gebühr verfügbar. Die Nähe zur Straßenbahn ist top. Mit der Linie T1 ist man in wenigen Minuten fast in der Innenstadt. Von der Haltestelle sind es nur noch ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu der Basilika. Einziger Schwachpunkt den man kritisieren könnte ist, TV Programme nur in italienischer Sprache verhandel.
