Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The courtyard was a comfortable place to relax outdoors. Nice and quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

I love the place. I booked an apartment with 2 rooms. It was very clean and has a lot of space for 3. One bathroom. The property is really close to a tram station, and it was easy to move around. Very easy to arrive from the airport. Just have to cross a steet from the tram. There is no reception 24h, mind that. The only difficulty I had was to find a nice restaurant near that was open on monday night. But I took the tram and found a nice place. The tram costs 1,70 euros/trip. There is no garage to park a car and the street is full.

A practical option for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available and the hotel is close to the tram station that takes you into town, which made it very convenient. The property needs some freshening up but overall, good value for the stay.

We loved this place! It is in a perfect location, outside of the city center but very close to the tram/subway. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us as our train out was later in the day, a lot later than check out. The rooms were clean and roomy. They helped us take our luggage to our room. It was nice having two bedrooms and we had a small patio. They had coffee and water in the room and told us that we were welcome to all of it at no additional charge. I have absolutely no complaints about the facilities and would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Florence. My only suggestion would be a later check-out time, at least 11:00. The check-out time was at 10:00 and several guests were all in the lobby at the same time trying to check-out right at 10:00.

The room was very spacious and overall a great place to stay during our time in Florence. Very close to the tram which either takes you to the airport or the city centre in under 30mins. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

The rooms are basic, very clean, with good linens and towels and plenty of hot water. It is a short walk to the tram stop into Central Florence or to the airport, and there are some nice restaurants and shops a few blocks away. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
