Very nice and spacious apartments. We had a unit with a shared patio. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a quick 10 min tram to city centre. Cafe’s and restaurant is just a 2 min walk.

I was not able to stay at this property. The unit I was assigned was not as pictured. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed it was a chair bed and the mattress was thin as cardboard. I was place in a unit on the ground floor, my preference would have been a room on a higher floor but I was told all rooms were taken. Upon entering the room, I checked the doors leading out to the terrace. The doors did not lock! When I presented my concerns to Simona at the front desk, she was rude and did not offer any solution. She wanted me and my family to stay in the room until another potentially became available. My family and I were in a foreign country and we were not willing to risk our safety. We had to leave this property immediately for one that was safe and suitable.

I spent two nights at this hotel, which was a very special experience for me. I had paid the full amount in advance, but upon check-in, the staff informed me that I needed to pay extra for my child. Despite having already paid an additional charge for my son as indicated on my receipt, they issued a separate invoice for 80 euros. On the second day, I requested additional towels from the front desk. The staff member rudely informed me that there would be an extra charge for the towels, stating, 'We do not provide housekeeping services like other hotels!' These two incidents made me feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. As a result, I hurriedly checked out on the morning of my last day.

Spacious nice apt decent beds add on fees
Spent 4 nights in Florence so preferred an apt with the option of making some meals, washing some clothes, stretching out. Nice apartment, full of light, spacious, pleasant,, good shower, kitchen had all needed, bed comfortable, WC good & language setting on the TV switches shows to original lang. Bakery, restaurants, market within 5 min. Excellent communal areas: really nice interior courtyard & very nice lounge (good for big groups!) Staff were friendly, welcoming. However, some things that should be noted: (1) 5-10 min farther out from the historic center than we would have liked. If you're a walker, not bad. Coming from airport or train or bus easy to reach via the tram system: 2 blocks from the building. But it's a 20 min walk to he heart of the historic area, not easy to go back for a quick rest between activities. The walk at night isn't great (not very bad, just not great) Check Google Maps for where you'll want to spend time. (2) We got a unit with a kitchen: be aware (unique in our experience!) they charge 28 Euros for using the kitchen! Does not appear in the description, only in the fine print in the fees list (along with the parking fees) They waived the fee after discussion, because 4 nights? But if you're only staying for 2-3 nights, be aware of the extra euros you'll pay. (3) Laundry facilities are available - we didn't use them as the fees for the washer & dryer were higher than other places we've stayed and didn't need it as we'd just had that elsewhere.
