Francesca at the front desk was excellent got us checked in a bit early the room in excellent condition, bathroom renovated very clean, the bedrooms and beds are excellent we slept very good and the rooms were nice and cool with the extreme hot days in Florence and all of Europe. This property is a close walk to the train to the airport. The property is located on a safe corner that is almost at the foot of a bridge making it easy to visit many areas quickly. The room was large, clean, with modern elements and quiet. The staff was very attentive and helpful with my questions. I was traveling alone to Florence for the first time and this property helped make my stay easy, safe and enjoyable. I would recommend this property to others and stay again myself.

Francesca was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to support me with tips on booking trains, restaurant recommendations, and offering the warmest hospitality throughout my entire visit. The location was super central and within walking distance to everything. The room and bathroom were also spacious and spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly felt at ease, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Franchesca was amazing, very warm and inviting. There was very minimal area to hang up clothes and nowhere to open up the suitcases except on the bed. Although the bathroom was huge there was no shelving or anything to put towels or guests toiletries. This could easily be remedied. The room itself was nice.
