The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Andre was responsive, kind, willing to work with us when we took a long day trip, and always friendly. He and another staff member helped us with our heavy bags and they helped us book another night when we wanted to extend our trip. The location was wonderful in accessing Firenze easily. We will stay here again on our next visit!

The hotel is off on a back alley which put us off at first. The location turned out to be very convenient. The hotel is no frills and doesn’t loon like the presenting photo. But it was fine for our needs. I would stay there again.

I love the location which is very convenient to all the sight seeing places and is in the alley away from the noise of the busy street. The maid cleans the room very nice every day, all the front desk guys are very nice and very accommodating. We got the room with the decent size bathroom and the shower is very nice. We would definitely stay here again. We want to thanks everyone for taking care good care of us including the wonderful maid.

Pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay in Esperanza. The hotel service was excellent, the receptionist showed and recommended to us places to go and where to eat. The location is very good close to mostly museums and center. I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel was extremely well located for all of our sightseeing. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and found delicious dining options within a very short distance.
