Location was great close to train station and along the river. Wonderful customer service and staff. No elevator. Room was clean and bed was adequate.

Quiet, friendly little hotel

I have no complaints about Hotel Borgo. It was close to amenities and only a short walk to the main sights. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the showers powerful and the air-conditioning very useful! What made the hotel stand out for me was the friendliness of the staff, especially Nayomi. She was so attentive, always there making my coffee at breakfast and chatting about the day ahead. Thank you Nayomi and all the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

Buona qualità prezzo

Hotel senza dubbio in posizione centrale. È perfetto per chi vuole fare una piccola vacanza a Firenze, pensando alla visita ai luoghi d'arte della città. La stanza assegnatami era di piccolè dimensioni, lo stesso valeva per il bagno. Attenzione che la persona incaricata reception non è sempre presente perché fanno orario spezzato. Ma basta informarsi per gli orari. (Effettivamente essendo poche stanze non è strettamente necessaria la sua presenza fissa). Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione sufficiente per affrontare la giornata.

Really nice staff!

It's a clean, efficient and affordable place to stay. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs to actually reach the hotel. Like if you're bringing your 90 year old grandma, this isn't for her. Our room was done all in red. From the walls to the bedspreads-all in red! It can be a little noisy with the walls being thin but the gal at the front desk made our stay very comfortable. Gave us good directions and helpful tips.

Très éloigné des principaux monuments

Un hôtel situé au 2e étage d'un immeuble d'habitation avec les odeurs dans l'escalier de cuisine, relève du surréalisme. Le personnel n'est pas multilingue et l'on ne voit jamais une personne de la direction de cet hôtel.

Fantastic Hotel

A very good clean hotel with new rooms and a very good breakfast. Great location near the main train station and river and all the sights, food and shopping. Free wi fi and computer in the rooms. Would stay again on our next visit and highly recommend it.

スタッフのおじいさんはとってもいい人。 おじいさんは言葉は通じなかったけど一生けん命サービスしてくれていた。 おばさんは対応はめちゃくちゃ冷たいけど。 部屋も広い。清潔。駅も近め。 ただ、４～５階の階段を上らなくては行けなくてスーツケースもってあがるにはつらすぎた。
