The property is under construction and the entrance is dirty. Location is great bedside the bus and train terminal. Main floor room you hear all the street noise and the main door opening and closing at all hours. It’s a great location to travel around other towns near Florence. It’s convenient and budget friendly. Staff were great and very helpful.

Hotel is 2 min walk from train station which was convenient. We found the photos looked nothing like the room we stayed in. If you have luggage, be warned as there are no elevators. We found the bed to be uncomfortable and the bathroom was not to standard (shower door was coming off and there was mold)

It is a good hotel and I would stay there again. It was a bit confusing at first to get in necause you need a code, but the staff were very friendly overall. Great AC, and it had a mini fridge (not common in Italy).

This property is more like a hostel than a hotel. Do not stay here if you are looking for any onsite service or amenities. Nothing described in the listing was available when we stayed. We were looking for a very last minute place to stay in Florence. I booked this hotel because the listing described on site parking, breakfast and coffee in the lobby, a bar and lounge and it was in a desirable area. There were many positive reviews so I overlooked the negative ones. The room was very dirty. There was hair and other filth all over the bathroom, the walls, shower and mirror were very dirty. The floors in the room were also dirty and the blankets for the beds were also covered in hair. There is only a staff member on site from 3-6pm, everything else needs to be communicated through WhatsApp and that is unreliable and some questions went unanswered. When I asked the staff about the discrepancies between the listing and the property I was told that the listing was for a previous property the owner owned and the things I was asking about were not available. Additionally, the room keys for all guests were all left on a table unattended in the lobby along with forms that clearly displayed guests first and last names, which was a serious safety concern for us as two women travelling together. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Fast easy check in as soon as I arrived. Marco explained very clearly how to access the building after hours and carried my baggage upstairs for me. Excellent location right across from the train station Santa Maria Novella made it perfect for travelling in and out of Florence by train. I was able to get everywhere on foot, but there are lots of public transportation stops for those who prefer bus or tram.

It was ok. Clean enough but could really use a fresh coat of paint and some new grout in the bathroom. Also it’s rather noisy if you get a room facing the street as it is right next to some kind of bus station. It didn’t prevent me from getting a good night’s sleep.

Left all alone

Hotel was unattended B&B without the second B. No breakfast, no front desk. Close to the train station, but SUPER EXPENSIVE for no services. View of heating/AC system. Check in girl was very nice. No cold water, which is unusual.
