Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence. The decor is so tasteful and all the artwork on the walls amazing. Beautifully renovated apartment with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence.

The apartment’s location is excellent. It is nicely decorated with an eclectic collection of art. However, many things could be improved. 1. A essential lightbulb was burned out in the first bathroom and when notified, there was no response. 2. There wasn’t sufficient cooking utensils or cutting knives, not even a wine bottle opener!! 3. The chairs for the kitchen are for a table, not a raised bar counter. Bar stools would be more comfortable 4. There was one dish towel for the kitchen. 5. There wasn’t an electric kettle to boil water. 6. The round table and chairs in the living room are way too big for the space. The chairs blocked the front door and there was little room to go between the table and couch to access the rest of the apartment. 7. One set of apartment keys was provided. We were a family of six and when going out separately only one person could access the apartment. This was inconvenient and annoying. Three sets of keys need to be provided. When we requested such, there was no response. 8. The laundry room was stuffed with junk. When we first tried to use the washing machine it was not plugged in. I had to pull out a drying rack by the washer, stand on a ladder to figure out where and how to plug in the washing machine. It was precarious. 9. There was a horrid stench from the kitchen pipes from time to time. When inquired, it’s a problem all over the city. 10. The mattresses were uncomfortable, one just a box spring. There were no duvets.

I would not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment, the smell from the drains made us nauseus, i spent most of my vacation texting the four different numbers they gave me to no avail, the place was filthy, poorly stocked, two handtowels only tor two adults, blood stained duvet, there is a massive step coming out of the apartment and the so called 'motion censor ' light didn't work so my sister twisted her ankle, we also got bitten by something, probably bed bugs, we both have photos of our legs and the marks, i could go on but honestly i wasted so much of my vacation trying to get these problems sorted it ruined our holiday, we couldn't eat or socialze in the place because of the smell.

La casa era bella e la posizione strategica. Peccato che non c é alcuna cura. Casa fredda, siamo arrivati alle 13 e i riscaldamenti erano spenti, poi non partivano…alle 19 in casa c erano ancora 16 gradi. Portone che non si poteva chiudere con le mandate, cuscini e materassi di scarsissima qualità. Peccato
