The staff is all very friendly, the hotel is clean, the pool area is nice, loved the corn hole boards in the lobby. The restaurant was nice, there is a live singer that has a beautiful voice. The food wasn't the best and was very expensive at the restaurant but the staff was all so nice!

Absolutely a stunning Hotel, beds were so cozy and comfortable, pillows and sheets smelted so clean and fresh, easy to find , close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping and best thing EVERYONE was so pleasant who worked there. I’ll be staying again for sure !! Love it

Unfortunately there was a wedding the weekend we were there making it hard to sleep and they left the place absolutely trashed. But the rooms were great the hot tub was great and we had a good time.

Would definitely stay there again, nice and clean rooms, bed was very comfortable, it did seem forced to check out early with all the notifications, so I did, funny thing is I received an email as if I extended my checkout til . Rep at the counter really tried to act like there was no king rooms available and then claimed the other rep fixed the situation She was definitely all over the place

The pool had a film on the top of it and the hot tub had hair and stuff floating around in it. Staff came and tried opening the door to my room while I was in there with the door lock over the door twice and called. I’ve stayed here twice, no problems the first time but then all of this happened the second time

First off they Refused to let me have my two ESA registered certified cats with me while I stayed there. Breakfast was horrible and it took them a week to finally clean the cobwebs of the light by my door in the hallway. But the elements restaurant had amazing food, definitely worth a try. 😁overall our hotel stay was just ok. We enjoyed the pool most of all and so did our extended family! But at the end of the day I most certainly Wasn't worth the money we paid to stay there.
