「The hotel and staff are lovely, but my stay was ruined by the noise and vibration coming from the nightclub in the hotel which reverberated around the building until 4am, keeping me awake for most of the night, despite changing rooms. I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night.」

「The location of the property was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the lack of smart features on the TV was a major drawback. Additionally, it was disappointing that many areas of the property were closed for maintenance, and no snack-style food was served anywhere outside the main building. Le PdJ est copieux, et varié et est assuré pas le chef de salle Sandar qui ferra tout pour vous satisfaire (5*). Vous pouvez aussi prendre votre dîner sur place et Mintu, le maitre d hotel, vous conseillera parfaitement (5*).」

「Unfortunately, the room was too small for two adults and an 8-year-old, with a king-size bed and sofa bed, and the fridge was not working. There was also no shaded parking. However, the staff are friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel. Overall was a very good experience」
