「Beautiful hotel, and rooms!」

「Great room. Only downside was that the restaurant didn’t open for breakfast until 8 am.」

「The rooms itself were cool. However, they should be for younger folk. The 2nd bed had STEEP stairs to get up to the loft. 2 of my family members are physically unable to climb vertical stairs, so I ended up going up. Scary to get down! Need to have a way that the steps are able to pull out. Because of the 4th of July affected their supplies of food, they hardly had anything to eat. It also wasn't ready at 4pm. It was 5:30 before they got done cleaning. Trash wasn't emptied from prior guest...

「Nice, clean, new hotel. Checked all the boxes in terms of things that are important to me – clean room, decent shower, good bed. Still working out some kinks in the restaurant service part, but I’m sure they’ll figure it out after a few weeks. Has a nespresso maker in the room, which is nice. My only complaint would be that the bath products are overly perfumed. Not sure what makes this boutique, but I appreciate that it’s an independent.」

「They got me booked for the wrong date and would not refund my money even though 10 minutes after making the reservation I saw the confirmation email and called them and Expedia to cancel..no exceptions..they kept my money and called me a no show」

「We had such a nice stay. The staff especially Aaron (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) were so kind and helpful. It is a cozy place to stay within close walking distance to all of the Nederland businesses,restaurants,the creek and the reservoir.」

「The suits is clean and quiet. Like it has sofa and desk. Breakfast is very simple. Stayed two nights but no WiFi and Att signal in this area is very poor, hardly connected to internet. Not good for business and traveling.」

「Couldn’t be more perfect! The staff/owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong about of people and they were able to easily fix it, they also helped with early check-in/check-out. We struggled finding our room and the manager asked us if we needed help and he walked us to or room, even helped carry our things, he was so friendly!
