Clean, courteous staff. I accepted a room next to the elevator (they asked me first, and I said it was OK!) which was fine, though there is lobby music that plays for a good portion of the night next to the elevator that I could hear for a while. Otherwise good experience.

The front desk staff was absolutely A-Maz-ing! Rooms were nicely appropriated, very clean. My only wasn't too big of a fan of was the size of the bathroom. My son was a last minute add on and bathroom just felt small. This would NO way sway me in booking this hotel in a NY minute again! Cleanliness is my priority and it for sure was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
