"This is the ghetto! Homeless people outside, roaches, they do not have breakfast. I would assume it’s because of the roaches. I traveled from Missouri and needed to stay one night. Upon arrival I knew it was going to be bad. Waited over 20 mins to be checked in. After I was finally greeted, I was checked in and told that they didn’t provide breakfast, although that was one of the amenities listed when I booked.I travel with children so I typically book hotels with breakfast. After being irritated I just said whatever it’s one night I’ll just suck it up! Me and my kids get to the room and I kid you not we weren’t even all the way in the room and we saw roaches!!! I requested a refund which I have yet to receive. I left the hotel totally disgusted… This is not a vacation hotel nor family friendly at all.. DO NOT BOOK!!!! "

"Loved the room we had. Very comfortable beds clean room staff was helpful and so nice we will be staying here from now on when we come into town to see family. "

"I booked my room needing two queen beds. When I showed up they gave me a room with one queen bed and a sofa. I did not get what I had booked and they did not have a double queen room to give me. I rolled in at 12:30am from a long drive from Houston so we were so tired. One of use had to sleep on the sofa, even though I had paid for them a bed. "

"One tv didn't work. ice maker didn't work.."

"The elevators only one work..The AC in the lobby was broken, staff had a fan to alleviate the heat. People were smoking right at the front entrance (including staff). breakfast was not great, nothing looked fresh and it was very plain. Door slamming all night long. It sounded like people were in and out all night. Apparently there was a fight on 03/06/26. The cops showed up and were interviewing people involve in the issue this happened in the morning. "

"The hotel itself was great! The parking facilities on the other hand… Oof! I’m a 49 year old man who doesn’t spook easily but it was creepy. The parking garage felt like it was pulled straight from a horror film. Medium lighting, dark areas, leaking water pooling on the floors, access to elevators not immediately clear. AGAIN, let me stress that the hotel was GREAT!"

"Couldn’t get house keeping to change fresh sheets after calling down 3 times all day. Tv cut off every 5-10mins , only one outlet worked in room "

"BED BUGS!!!! We came home with bed bugs and a rash. Two cars were broken into in the parking lot while we were there one night. "
