"The staff are friendly and nice. They were very helpful, providing information about city tours and helping to book a place for the boat cruise, which was amazing. Some of the cleaners kept coming into my room unexpectedly while I was relaxing. The rooms get cold; however, for some reason, the hot water didn't work at all, and the water was extremely cold for showering. I struggled with this, especially when the temperatures dropped. Finally, the Wi-Fi is extremely poor, and you cannot even use your mobile data in the room, you had to go outside for signal. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Fira, right in the city center and easy to navigate."

"We stayed a week in Santorini. Beautiful, clean hotel with great caldera and city views. They cleaned the room daily, friendly staff, and they have a small parking lot (which seems rare now after seeing other hotels on the caldera) which we used to park a rented ATV. Location was great, many good restaurants nearby but quieter than being in the middle of Fira. Some reviews complained about breakfast, I’m not sure why, it was free and was plenty. They bring breakfast to your table with numerous options, it is not buffet like some older pictures show but we looked forward to it everyday. We had a couples massage, pricing was fair in my opinion (not cheap, not overpriced), but the massage was excellent (one of the best we’ve had). We had an upgraded room with a balcony, not sure what the cave rooms are like. We had a “plunge tub” on our balcony. We assumed it would be an hot tub, it is actually cold. We checked out some other hotels and apparently the cold tubs are common because it’s so hot in the summer. Overall would highly recommend."

It’s the kind of place where you look forward to dining on-site rather than searching for alternatives. The location is ideal. A short walk brings you right into Fira, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and the caldera views. Excursion pickups are simple and well organised, so planning day trips is completely stress free. Spending seven nights here feels like the perfect amount of time to soak in everything the resort offers, comfort, convenience, and a genuinely brilliant environment. El Greco Santorini is the place to stay."

The highlight of my stay was definitely watching the sunset right from the front of my room—it was simply perfect. The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway with stunning views, I highly recommend this hotel!"
