Excellent stay, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, rooms were well prepared and cleaned. Staff was always available and helpful. Only complaint was hot water for the shower was occasionally, and I mean only a couple times, not quite as hot as one might like. Would stay there again.

the place is excellent and friendly staff. There is lots of options and the fact you have four pools to share which means people do not all squashed into one pool and fighting for chairs

Excellent stay at El Greco. Very convenient to acess main Fira centre. Staff were really helpful. My only feedback would be to have seafood (prawns) and more vegetarian options.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was great! I’m taking one star away for breakfast and that none of the pools had optimal temperature so was hard to take a dip.

Second stay at this fabulous hotel. We had room 114 both times as its right by the tiny pool making it feel very private and quiet. Food is lovely and very reasonably priced, rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful

This is a tranquil hotel. It is very well located in a great spot of the island. The staff is very kind and the pools and common areas are very well maintained. A short walk to Fira makes it a very good location. Highly recommend.

4/10 不太好

不喜歡：設施服務
Small rooms, terribly uncomfortable bed mattresses. Toilet and bathroom far apart, average breakfast. Just an average place to sleep overnight, quite expensive compared to comfort, amenities and quality. Would look for other alternatives, if ever visited Santorini again. Staff was helpful. Pools were multiple and well maintained.

We spent a week at the resort - its a beautiful, luxurious & relaxing space. Everything was brilliant from start to finish. Location was perfect, only a short walk to Fira and lovely views of the caldera. Extremely clean and very well presented rooms. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Theodore, the manager, who was very helpful, polite and made our stay very special - the hospitality was top notch. I would highly recommend this resort.
