We loved our stay at Caldera Cliff Illusion. The staff, particularly Sofia were so helpful with our booking, activity suggestions and anything else that we needed. The stay was comfortable and quiet. Having our own pool was amazing, especially in the heat of July. Breakfast being delivered each morning to enjoy on our balcony was also a great touch. Would recommend this accomodation for couples that like to be a few street away from the hustle bustle of Santorini in July, without being too far from the action.

This location is absolutely perfect! Only a few steps from the main city of Fira and the views are breathtaking and private, even though you’re close to your neighbor.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff was incredible. Sofia helped us get car services and was so attentive. The room was amazing. The views incredible and so relaxing in the pool. Very central to lots of activities. We look forward to coming back

The staff was amazing. Walkable to everything is Fira and to the Fira to Oia walk. Sophia handled everything for us with transports, beach day, etc. Great place to stay! Amazing views!

We had such an amazing stay here! Sophia and the staff are great! The place was very clean, had an amazing view, and was in the perfect spot of town to avoid the main crowd but still in the heart of Fira. We stayed 12 nights and had the most relaxing time in Santorini. Sophia gave great recommendations on the island and can schedule activities, transports, and really anything you need. The breakfasts were also really good and they packed us to go bags on mornings we were out early for activities. If we are ever back in Santorini we have a go to spot!

The room is beautiful, very comfortable and the views are stunning. It’s such a good place to stay if you want to be in Fira, but also have a good night’s sleep free from all the noise. Walkable distance to everything in Fira, and to the main bus station which takes you everywhere else on the island. The staff is super friendly and everything is super clean. I hope to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay during off-season! Sofia made us feel welcome and was very attentive. She also provided excellent dining recommendations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional hospitality shown by Sofia and her team. They greeted us at the taxi drop off location and helped us carry our luggage to the hotel. They tended to all our requests immediately during our stay. On our departure day, we had a 6:30am flight, so Sofia specifically dropped off to-go breakfast boxes for us the night before after her work hours. However, the to-go breakfast boxes only included a simple sandwich, a packaged juice and some packaged food items, which were no comparison to the standard hot breakfast normally served to our room. One disappointment was the outdoor private jacuzzi. Even though the weather was chilly and very windy during our stay, we still planned to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the jacuzzi. However, we couldn't get in the jacuzzi at all because the water was too cold.
